RealBrick.kz — Corporate E-commerce Website for a Brick Manufacturer

Developed a full-stack web platform for RealBrick, a manufacturer of hand-formed brick and facade materials in Kazakhstan. Built the backend with Laravel 12 and PHP 8.2, using Blade templates, Vite, Tailwind CSS 4, and JavaScript for the frontend. Implemented a product catalog with collections and product pages, synced from Bitrix24 via REST API into a local MySQL database using custom Artisan commands. Added a session-based shopping cart, order submission flow, and a brick quantity calculator for estimating material needs. Integrated Bitrix24 CRM to automatically create leads from cart orders and contact forms, with email notifications via Laravel Mail. Built additional modules: project portfolio, photo gallery, blog, and a REST API for lead capture. Used Eloquent ORM, database migrations, and a service-layer architecture for catalog sync, image handling, and CRM integration.

Designer Cabinet (Kabinet Dizaynera)

Designer Cabinet is a web-based CRM and workflow management platform built for interior designers to manage their business operations in one place. The application enables users to track clients, real estate objects, design projects, suppliers, and supplier orders through a secure authenticated dashboard. It supports the full project lifecycle — from contract negotiation and stage-based checklists (measurement, planning, visualization, etc.) to budget tracking, file management, and order fulfillment. The backend is built with PHP 8.2 and Laravel 12, using Eloquent ORM, database migrations, and Laravel Sanctum for API authentication. The frontend is implemented with Blade templates, Tailwind CSS 4, and Vite, with Axios for asynchronous API requests. The platform includes multi-language support (English, Russian, and Kazakh) and features such as a task calendar, project funnel views, reusable stage templates, and a bonus account module. The architecture follows the MVC pattern with RESTful routes, middleware-based locale handling, and soft deletes for core entities. The project uses PHPUnit for testing and Laravel Sail for local development.

n8n ai chat manager

Designed and implemented an AI-powered sales assistant integrated with Bitrix24 Open Lines to automate first-line customer communication for Innovatex, a company specializing in Bitrix24 CRM implementation, integrations, and website development. Built the solution as a low-code workflow in n8n, using webhooks, HTTP Request nodes, and JavaScript for data processing and business logic. Connected the workflow to Bitrix24 REST API to handle Open Lines events, chatbot messaging, and CRM operations (deals, contacts, pipeline stages). Implemented a multi-agent AI architecture with OpenAI GPT-4o and LangChain nodes, including a routing agent and channel-specific sub-agents for Telegram, Facebook/Instagram Direct, and live chat. Added conversation memory, structured JSON output parsing, and conditional routing to qualify leads, respond to clients, and detect handoff to a human manager. Automated CRM updates when a lead is qualified: deal stage, budget, comments, and contact details are written back into Bitrix24. BOMOND BAGS

Developed and maintained BOMOND BAGS, a full-featured B2C e-commerce platform for bags and accessories, built on OpenCart 3.x with PHP, MySQL, and a custom Twig-based storefront theme. Implemented a custom admin panel for bulk product import from Excel/ZIP archives (including images, attributes, and filters) and automated price updates via Excel uploads and FTP sync with a supplier. Integrated regional payment gateways (Kaspi, Paybox, LiqPay, Tochka Bank) and CDEK shipping, along with a multi-step checkout tailored to the Kazakhstan market. Extended the catalog, order management, and checkout modules, and added currency rate updates from external APIs. Built a responsive frontend with Bootstrap, jQuery, and custom JavaScript, including product image zoom and video previews. Connected marketing and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads) and customer communication services (Tawk.to, JivoChat, SMS notifications). Delivered bilingual support (Russian/English) and SEO-friendly pages for catalog, search, and product detail views.
